Online Job Preparation Training Program for Women in STEM

Overview

The Online Job Preparation Training Program for Women in STEM helps women like you to develop critical soft STEM-related skills and employability skills, coupled with career engagement activities to help you gain employment specifically in the field of Game Development, Animation, and Information Technology.

At the end of this online program, you will build the confidence to apply for STEM-related jobs and advance your career in your chosen field. Specifically, you will learn to:

1. Define career goals and apply the steps needed to achieve one’s goals

2. Apply critical job search skills such as submitting applications, showcasing a portfolio, and acing interviews.

3. Improve workplace soft skills and career management skills to thrive at work.

4. Develop the confidence to succeed through an awareness of your personal strength.

Program

There are three core modules in the online program, each designed to help you hone your knowledge and skills in job preparation. These modules will be delivered through a combination of lecture slides, videos, student-centered and practical application activities.
